Shipping Information

US orders:

Our standard shipping method is using UPS. If other methods are preferred, please contact us by phone at 972-416-6283. Our policy is to process and ship standard size orders within four business days from receiving your request. Custom orders will ship within about two weeks of the initial order.

Some circumstances, such as additional information (size, color, etc.) regadring your request, may delay your shipment.

The amount of time you receive your order depends on your geographical location from Dallas, Texas.

Canadian orders:

We will ship to Canada. The same conditions as stated apply, however, the shipping charge will be higher, depending on your location. Call us at 972-416-6283 to get your shipping charge.
